Christmas Party

We will be hosting two Christmas parties to celebrate a fantastic year of reaching so many families in Perth! We love our community and have had so much fun watching our students progress.

There will be an afternoon of music, games, swimming, face painting, nibbles & FUN! If you haven’t booked your tickets yet, please use the links below to register students only (don’t include parents).

Please note: Both parties have already sold out! If you have booked tickets but are unable to attend, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible so we can free up your spots for other families.

COVID MAKEUPS

Makeups accumulated during the COVID-19 shutdown will expire at the end of this term. This applies to all makeups for Term 2 and Term 3 as well. They will not be carried over to 2021. No exceptions.

Please use the Customer Portal to book your makeups. It is a very busy term so keep checking right up until the morning that you can swim as we often have late cancellations 3 hours before a lesson’s scheduled start time.

If you book a Makeup, that spot is yours! Please don’t chop and change as this creates unnecessary admin for our already busy team and may result in another family missing out on a spot.

Free Lessons!

We appreciate our Waterwise families and love seeing new faces. By referring a new family to our program you will receive a credit to the value of a lesson ($24) towards your swim fees for every referral enrolled through you. No limits!

Makeups Policy

In order to be eligible for a makeup we must receive a minimum of 3 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled lesson. If your child is sick and unfit for lessons, or if you will be away on holiday, please use the Customer Portal to notify us of your absence.

Please remember we cannot guarantee makeups though we will do our best to ensure every family gets the lessons paid for.

Makeup lessons are valid for 3 months and can be used in any term in which you are enrolled. If you do not re-enrol for the upcoming term, please make sure to clear all the makeups on your account before your current term finishes.

Our App & Customer Portal

Swim School App:

The App is used sparingly (we won’t spam you!) for short, important messages that need to go to every family, for example reminders of Term dates. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, search “Waterwise Swim School” in i-tunes App Store or Google Play. Please make sure you have notifications enabled!

Customer Portal:

The Customer Portal is where you can check all your enrolment details, notify us of an absence (so long as it is more than 3 hours before your scheduled lesson time), and where you can book makeups. There is a tab linking to the Customer Portal in the App.
